I got lenovo legion y740 15 inch model a few years ago (8th intel core model). It has been roughly half year that after I ran a game, it crashed and since then this laptop doesn't work properly. I wiped windows number of times - bringing down to win 10, tried different versions, etc. Also re-installing NVIDIA driver including installing older version but didn't really resolve the issue.
This laptop has 1 integrated graphic card and 1 gaming graphic card (RTX 2060).
When I run simple games like vampire survivors, it works without issue, but games like Euro Truck Simulation 2, GTA 5, Diablo III, etc, it either doesn't run the game and crashes immediately or having flickering issues and then eventually crashes. I ran Heaven Benchmark 4.0, it shows the image as below
Unengine fetal error
D3D11Render:: D3D11Render(): Unknown NVidia GPU
Direct3D11 error: device removed
D3D11Texture::created() can't create RGBA8 16X16X16 3D texture
RenderManager::createTexture(): can't create texture
When I check device manager, task manager, dxdiag, it appears to be working properly but apparently not. I am wondering what I can try to get it fix the issue.
