Question I have always had genuine software

I have never bought anything other than 100% genuine software, and have upgraded from Pinnacle Studio 19 Ultimate to 25 (not ultimate, big mistake).

I have used Pinnacle for 30 years so very happy.

However I would have in my stupidity have to pay another £56 to get that upgrade.

Is this genuine?

How would I know if it is the whole program

I know some sell a "key" ? which are genuine, but how would I download the program ? 🤔🤔
