I have an Acer Aspire 5750Z and during the startup, I don't have the BIOS Menu accessible. How can I access the BIOS Menu?

I have the Set-Up Menu (F2) and the Boot-Up Menu (F12)... I am trying to boot my computer to a USB Flashdrive and so I need access to my BIOS Menu. Any thoughts, suggestions or solutions?

Set-Up Menu and the Boot-Up menu will both get you into the BIOS. F12 should give you an option to select the USB drive also if it's seen as a bootable device.
