Question I have an APU system, but motherboard doesn't have a display port. How can I achieve 144hz?

Greetings people, so what do I do in order to attain the full 144hz 1080p capability of my 24in monitor?
The Monitor has a hdmi and display port while my motherboard (msi b450m m2 pro max) only has a dvi and hdmi port.
What cable do I need to purchase? I am confused about adapters. Thankyou!
