I have an Asus X250T and it wont charge. It stays at about 5% battery life. Can anyone help?

It won't charge at all. I tried unplugging it and letting it die then trying to charge again but no dice. I tried looking for solutions but I couldnt find anything.

That usually indicates that the battery has reached the end of it's useful life. They do not last indefinitely, eventually they get to a stage where they will no longer hold a charge or take a charge. How long they last depends on a number of factors, how they are treated etc.,

But one thing I do know is that if you run your laptop from mains supply for long periods without removing the battery, that will definitely shorten the battery's useful life.

So try a new battery.
