I have an hp2110 printer, i got a paper jam and removed it. now the printer says reomve and check cartridges. I have done this several times. It won't stop saying change. Help please

Are the print cartridges low on ink? Unplug the printer and then plug it back in. This will reset it. If the ink is low, you will continue to get this error message until the cartridge(s) are replaced.
