Question I have an HP elite Des 800 G1SFF. Wanted to know what I can upgrade my PSU to because I don't believe 240W is enough. What can I upgrade to?

You can't upgrade it , the board and PSU are proprietary.

I would like to use a regular 500+ W ATX power supply with my HP ProDesk 400 G1 SFF.

Due to the proprietary power supply connectors, I need to use an adapter for this purpose. I found an adapter that works with the HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF.

My question is if the two models use the same power connectors (or power supplies, if you prefer).

I regular PSU would never fit , in the SFF.

SFF cases\computers are so limited due to the space , not recommended for upgrades.
