depend on what the brand and model of the psu and cpu cooler

the CPU won't determine the PSU, as much as you GPU? 500W is plenty for iGPU.
cooler will depend on whether you have the stock cooler for the i3 or an aftermarket cooler

Odds are the factory Intel cooler for a 10100F will NOT be sufficient for a 10600K....
