[SOLVED] I have an i7-9700k auto overclocked with Temps reaching as high as 95° celcius

Good afternoon, I had a few questions regarding overclocking my i7-9700k. I have had my computer overclocked for a little over a year now with auto settings in the ASUS BIOS. The auto overclock has been stable during that whole time but it really concerned me when I was playing Call of Duty Warzone recently and my CPU's temps have been skyrocketing passed 90-95° celcius. I know this is really high for CPU temps so I wanted to get some help on doing a manual overclock which I read will get me better temps without the auto optimization increasing the voltage like crazy. First let me give you the specs of my PC.
CPU: Intel i7-9700k
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING
RAM: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2666 (PC4 21300)
Graphics Cards: MSI NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
Power Supply: CORSAIR RMX Series, RM850x, 850 Watt, 80+ Gold Certified, Fully Modular Power Supply
Tower: Corsair CC-9011035-WW Obsidian Series 750D Performance Full Tower Case
CPU FAN: Noctua NH-D15, Premium CPU Cooler with 2x NF-A15 PWM 140mm Fans
Storage: ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB 3D NAND NVMe Gen3x4 PCIe M.2 2280 Solid State Drive R/W 3500/3000MB/s SSD (ASX8200PNP-1TT-C)

Here is some useful information about frequency and voltage. As you are on air cooling I would try to get vcore as low as possible.

There is little to no dust on the blades or heat sink so I can't be that and the clock was running anywhere from 3.5-4.9 ghz depending on what the bios automatically adjusted the clock to. I just watched a youtube video of a guy who went through the whole manual overclocking of my motherboard and cpu which seems to be working better as of now by keeping the voltage down and always having my cpu run at 4.9 ghz constantly. . I believe my problem was the automatic bios profiles have the voltages set up way too high so a manual overclock is better. I realized that while playing Warzone I had CPUID HWMONITOR running and saw my voltages running upwards of 1.4 V for VCORE which was what was causing stuttering during the game when my cpu was being throttled. I highly recommend watching the youtube video because he really explains everything there is to know about overclocking with the Z390 motherboard.

Which setting you changed? I posted same question yesterday but nobody answered. My voltage is also high 1.4 with auto OC profile (OC Tuner II) and XMP Profile II. I changed SVID Behavior to Typical Scenario and voltage dropped to 1.296 and max 66c temp was in games but after that every with game which is not locked on 60fps start crashing, freezing or restarting my pc. ??

I don't have XMP Profile I just have a setting called manual and my voltage is set to 1.3 V at 4.9 GHZ. Make sure you follow everything in his video because he explains what everything means and what to do if you're computer still crashes after you manually overclock your cpu. Mine crashed when I had it at 5.0 GHZ at 1.29 V which is the starting point at which he said to overclock. So I turned the frequency down and upped the voltage at 4.9 GHZ at 1.3 V. He basically says that only change one thing at a time when overclocking so you know what the last stable setting was. So if you're still crashing turn the GHZ down and the voltage up in .01 increments. So say you're still crashing at 1.3 V go up to 1.31 V and so on until it becomes stable. Try leaving it at 4.9 ghz and only upping the voltage til you get to 1.35 V. If it's still crashing after that then go down to 4.8 GHZ at 1.29-1.35 V repeating same process until you find a stable overclock. Hope this helps.
