I have an issue in windows 10

I don't know if it's because of windows ten or a hardware issue. I haven't found anything online yet about my problem

When I open up and game and it's in windowed mode it constantly says not responding. Just in the top bar, not a notification. It stops when I click in the window and then does it again when click again and repeats. Could it be a virus of some sort or just windows 10 itself?

If this is a new issue when upgrading to win 10, i would say corrupted upgrade/install of win10. reccomend clean install if that is the case

Nah. It isn't fresh. I've had windows 10 for a little over a month now and it started happening probably 3 or 4 days ago

there's a new geforce driver update if you have a geforce GPU. it's a windows 10 driver so updating your video drivers might fix it, as TechyInAZ said

which games does it happen with? and had you successfully launched these games on win10 before this happened? and i might say 1 month is fresh.
