[SOLVED] I have an MSI Geforce GT 1030 Aero GPU and ASUS VG248QE monitor and I don't know how I'm supposed to get 144hz ?

I looked at cables that are hdmi 2.0 to DP 1.4 but they are only uni-directional and the wrong way around and my gpu DVI-D only supports 60hz so i dont know what to do.
