Remove your hdd. Boot into bios make the dvd player the primary boot drive. Put the Windows disc into it. Turn off the pc. Put in the ssd - using the cables that went to the hdd. Start the pc. It should start with the windows disc. Follow the instructions till windows is on the ssd. Turn off the pc. Turn on the pc and get into bios. Make the ssd the primary boot drive.
Buy a new hdd. Put it in the pc. Format it with Windows. Check it in bios. Google "Move Users" if you want to tidy up your file management.
