Great site, but it does not have the original files that would just run on a windows 98 system,although I might be wrong but I think their installers won't run on win98,yeah just checked.

You can try on the internet archive, the classic games category has a lot of shareware and demos to play.

There is also a dos games category but most of them are only available to play "online" streamed from their server.

Good Ol Games works, but you have to install it on a "modern computer" then copy it over to the Windows 98 computer. The irony is the installer it comes with will complain that it's meant for a newer computer.
