I have an Xbox one x how much extra money would I have to give to get a pc equal or better?

Hi I bought an Xbox one x and want to do 4k pc gaming as I heard it is better. If I trade someone my Xbox one x for a pc equivalent to it how much extra money will I have to put on top of it? Also could you link me some builds that are equal or a bit better than the Xbox one x as I would like to have a look at those. My budget would be the Xbox one x and say 500 on top of that but can be increased if the build is not possible for that money

The Xbox One X is an excellent value, Microsoft has already said they do not make a profit on selling the console.

But I must say that PC 4K gaming is better with a better GPU. The RX 580 is at the lower tier of 4K PC gaming. Typically a GTX 1080 or 1080 Ti is the best for 4K gaming.
