I have asus p8h67l me mobo what else?

Ok, so far i have an asus p8h67l ME mobo.I also have the i3 2100 cpu.I'm looking for a HDD of around 300gb.I don't thinki will ever even use half of this,so if i can get a better price on a smaller one,even better.Also,what ram?
