Question I have bad anti aliasing in every game ?

i5 9400f
b365 pro4
rtx 2060
16gb ram 2666mhz
monitor: phl 246v5 60hz
i use a display port to vga adapter

All my settings are on max, I'm using fullscreen and my resolution is 1920x1080
this are my nvidia control panel settings :

I've seen more people having this issue but i never found a fix
Only way i can fix this is by using dldsr to 2k and above but there's now way that's how 1080p should look like
I did a ddu clean install

I mentioned in my post that all my settings are on max and i'm using the right resolution (1080p) fullscreen
I also am using the latest drivers 516.40

I'm assuming you meant to type 1920x1080p in first post.
