Today WD tech mailed me that my product(caviar black 1tb) has been registered twice and that I am a victim of a fraud case. I then looked up my warranty and saw that it was 20/7/2015 instead of 24/8/2018. I requested him to update the warranty but he refused as this hdd was a refurb and insisted me to get another. So what should I do? Get a refund and buy from another store or get a replacement.
