i have been looking at some of the very over priced ones from
NZXT Kraken
ALSEYE CPU Cooler (i know its a pure fan)
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L RGB V2 (because this is around the same price as above) 69.99

but intruth i really dont know what is a good watercolor/ fan. Sure having the lights are cool but im using a Ryzen 7 3800 CPU and i know they run hot (so i need something that works better if it means no lights) and this is why i dont know if having 2 fans are enough or is 3 fans enough then there the area that cools the jell for the CPU, i have a 710i Case so i think i can use ether 2 or 3 fanned CPU w-ater cooler. money is the issue so i really dont care about brand names as long as they have the same life per part

im still in the means of buying parts where i can for the price and i still have time to change the parts where its needed. ( was going to use the Prism CPU fan that came with the CPU but from what i been reading i dont think that will be enough sadly enough. power supply will be the "Antec Earthwatts Gold Pro Series EA650G Pro 650W Semi-Modular, 80 Plus Gold, 120mm Silent Fan"

Hi
Here is a review of Corsair's newest 360 Aio.

Personally I have used nothing but corsair and like the installation of the newer units using the stock Amd cooler retention mounts.
So No removing of those mounts to use the threaded standoffs.
You mention your really not interested in the rgb aspect but that can be handled easily on the fans by not hooking up the rgb leads. Each fan has 2 leads 1 pwm the 2nd for rgb, or

This 1 only has rgb on the pump only which can be set to indicate cpu temp ranges in the Icue software...

Have you considered this cpu cooler? https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-Freezer-eSports-DUO-Configuration/dp/B07MJGNJB3/?th=1
It's air but it shouldn't have an issue cooling your cpu

thanks i also seen this one only thing i did not like about these type of air coolers are there like huge ugly boxes in your case. xD i also looked at "Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition CPU Air Coolor, Silencio FP120 Fan, 4 CDC 2.0 Heatpipes, Anodized Gun-Metal Black, Brushed Nickel Fins for AMD Ryzen/Intel " and "be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4, BK022, 250W TDP, CPU Cooler" (looked in my history) so this is what drove to me look at CPU water cooler but meh, sadly this might be my only open...

With the Icue software you can make instant changes in lighting, fan/pump speeds or set a manual fan curve.

Hope some of this helps.
Have A Great Weekend!!!!!!!!
