I have both my hard drives showing up now. But everything is defaulting to my 1

I think I've finally got almost all the bugs out of my tower build. I got my 2 tb internal drive to show up. But it won't let me make it the default save location. I noticed this right away in ea origin when it wouldnt let me change the install path

You can't choose it under Computer->DriveLetter: ?

I can change it from E to any letter except C, but its not letting me make it the default location to save stuff.
