[SOLVED] i have corrupted recycle bin on e drive and it wont let me delete it

i have corrupted recycle bin on e drive and when i try to delete it it says unexpected error file when i look in the file it says its not available or it has been moved, how do i fix this?

so you did the command and it said recycle bin don't exist?
