I have Dell laptop and upgraded window 8.1 32bit and now it has resolution is not normal?

I have Dell laptop.i upgrade window 8.1 and now its having problem with resolution.Every graphics is flipped.

You need to update the driver from the Dell website, and then right click on the desktop, select screen resolution and set the resolution at the setting you require.
