i have a dell laptop (LATITUDE D830)...from where i can use my bluetooth device..how can i enable it...on BIOS setup i saw that it is enabled but it is not discoverable ...please help me to solve the issue

Go to dell website to download and install the "Dell Wireless 360 Module with Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR Driver", which is in the network section. http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/28/Product/latitude-d830 and you can use it after you enable it in the BIOS.
