I have dell n5050 upgraded to i5 2540m 2.4ghz 3.3 ghz 8 gb ram can u run games on it

Without a video card added, not much will run on it properly. Something like Half-Life 2 will run OK, Witcher, not so much. GTA V, nope. GTA III, sure.

I've the same CPU and run World of Tanks on it with the Intel Integrated Graphics (no discrete Graphics Card), though I've an SSD and use a cooling pad as it can get hot. But runs at c30fps if this helps any. That's not great/adequate, and versus my Desktop 100fps seems real slow but (I find) it is playable. Couldn't speak to other games.
