i have desktop machine with two monitors. i want one of them is the main to work between them with diffrent application.

Simple. Look under display properties, and the check the box that says "main monitor" under the monitor you want to be the first one, and then under the other monitor check "Extend my desktop onto this monitor". You can then open and drag any window to either monitor. If you want an application to open on a certain monitor every time, put the window on the monitor you want to application to run in, and hold the "ctrl" button when you close the window. When you reopen the program, it will open again on that monitor.

Does this mean the display card should support dual monitor or this is windows setting. Because when I ask the technician about the dual monitor he said you have to install a special card for this.

Not really. Most video cards have 2 output ports. Even some motherboards with onboard graphics have 2 ports. Thus if you already have any of those, you dont need any other card.
