Hello everybody, once again i need your assistance before i try to do things by myself and fail.
FIrst things first, I have a Gigabyte GA-MA770US3 rev2.0 http://prntscr.com/fzn13n . Cpu is an AMD Athlon 64 x2 5600+. http://prntscr.com/fzmzsz ram 4 gigabytes ddr2 2 sticks http://prntscr.com/fzn0hc (i put them in dual channel after i post this).

So first question would be: If i want to change the cpu with a AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition 3.20GHz will the current ram still be compatible with it?
Second one: Why the ram works at 361 mhz even if the sticks should be 800mhz but it shows 400 in cpu-z http://prntscr.com/fzn2mt . Exactly same memory is discrabed as 800 mhz http://prntscr.com/fzn3gp

And the last one would be about the ram again: Soon after i buy the new cpu i will buy same kit of ram 2x2gb at 800, all 8 gb will work fine? Will the speed be modified or anything?

Im sorry for all the links of printscreens but i wanted to make myself as clear as i could.
Thanks for the patience had with my problem, and have a nice day in

Solution
RAM Compatibility is more with the motherboard than the CPU. If it currently works, then it will still work with the new CPU.

Not sure why your RAM speed is showing at 361 MHz, but it should read 400 MHz. DDR = Double Data Rate, so 400MHz x 2 = 800MHz.

For a system that old, adding an identical 2x2GB kit should work just fine. This issues with RAM compatibility seems to stem from the newer RAM kits (DDR3/DDR4)

but is there any way to make it 400?

EDIT: After putting it into dual channel it is 364 lmao. Thanks for help anyway, I will buy the cpu and ram that I want.
