I have everything I could find but I cannot get windows store to work nor the apps already installed on my laptop. Windows 8.1

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM BUT THE ERROR IS 0x80070002 not sure if the first 0 is a number or letter all looks the same to me

the store flashes up for 1/2 a second and closes all the other apps just do that as well but the store will sit in the bottom of screen unopen and the apps wont even do that

i had 8.1 then it updated then this happened, i have gone everywhere but nothing works
