So I used this link but i don't know if it is saying this motherboard can support both FM2 and FM2+?? Currently I have A4-6300 as CPU which uses FM2. And if i do change it? Do i need to change bios version or anything else? Or do i just need to know how to put it in the desktop?

More Info (Using CPU-Z)
Manufacturer: Gigabyte tech
model: F2a68HM-h x.x
CHipset: AMD K15 imc REV. 00
Southbridge AMD A68h FCH Rev 2.6

LPCIO ITE IT8620
BIOS version : FC

Also wondering if I can only use the APUs in this list for the motherboard? or can i use from Intel too?

Solution
For starters, you need to know the revision number that is printed just to the left of the bottom PCI slot. (Rev 1.0 or rev. 1.1)

It does support both FM2 and FM2+ APUs and CPUs. The CPU Support List shows which ones and the BIOS version required. The motherboard does not use Intel CPUs.

How to uninstall and install an AMD processor and a heatsink :

Inexperienced builders commonly break the socket by not following directions.

I suggest you get some good thermal compound instead of using thermal pads.

Thanks!! So since my bios version is FC. can i just choose one that is already FC from the support list? Otherwise I will have to change BIOS?

FC is for the Rev 1.1 motherboard. The BIOS version on the CPU Support List has the heading "Since BIOS Version".
It appears FC is the latest version. 2016/01/20
FB 2015/04/24
FA 2015/01/29

The FC version already includes the FB and FA updates. You can use any of the CPUs or APUs listed.
