i have given power supply my cpu start and all fans are running but it wont show bios

I was downloading game from internet power went off when power comes back I turned on my pc it booted successfully at welcome screen a blue screen appears and computer shut down when I restarted my pc all fans are running normally but at cpu power switch there is no light and there is no beep sounds and monitor shows no signal I removed and reconnected all power cables and data cables but it shows same I removed cmos battery and re inserted it but nothing happened I removed ram and starts the pc there is always a beep sound plays but now nothing happened. I don't know what to do so please help me
