I have good internet, but when I play games it goes downhill?

Hey tomshardware, this is a problem that Ive been having for a while now...
My internet is 15 down 10 up but when I play a game with my friends I lag like crazy. Random disconnects, laggy voice, and long loading. (I play on the ps4, and in minecraft I freeze and my voice cuts out) My nat type is fine(type 2) and even in the internet test it showed that my internet was fine. My friends have similar speeds with no issues. When I download a game I get like 500 kb / sec. Shouldn't it be 15mb? I believe im being throttled by my ISP or even part of a botnet or getting globally ddos'ed. Also, ive been having issues connecting to my main router, saying the single is too weak, even though it shows 3 bars! Im not far away from my router at all. I use wireless internet from my ps4.

Since all the problems you describe could be caused by wireless signal or interference the first step is to test with Ethernet connected devices. It does little good to try to worry about ISP issues or dos attacks when you can not get good test results.

its psn most likely i get i 125 down and 12 cup on my pc wireless too but on my ps4 that wired i get 40 down and like 6 up i think it just depends on how far you are from the server
