I have a really serious problem. This is my
internet speed: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/2842279804
I have a solid 43ms latency from Croatia Zagreb to France Paris, 4Mbps download and 0.50Mbps upload speed, what the problem is is that when I play games the servers are usually above 500 (Sometimes 1500 ping).
I have a lan connected to my PC, my brother uses his phone and sister her tablet. I noticed that everytime my sister connects to internet when using a tablet it laggs like hell but when i play videos or anything besides gaming it doesnt lag... She uses wireless conectivity, just like brother (but he doesnt lag my net) and i cant solve the problem, did it so many times for years, everytime she gets a wireless connection it laggs my pc like hell, is there some kind of software that could limit her bandwith? i tried some of them t
and they failed.

Where are the game servers located? That has a huge impact on your performance. It sounds like your sister must access a lot of video content to put such a large load on your network.

One option would be to limit her access via your router.

I made a schedule. She likes to draw thing on the tablet and watch videos, but I convinced her to shut down wireless if she's going to draw only and if she wants to watch videos that she shuts off her wireless and watches videos on a laptop.
