i have got all the PC requirements but the setup says that your PC's CPU isn't compatible with windows 8.. please help..

Memory : 3072MB RAM
Processor : 2.80 GHz
Graphics Card : 256 mb with DirectX 9 WDDM 1.0

If your computer processor does not support EAP, NX and SSE2, you can not install Windows 8. Did you run the Upgrade Advisor ?
