Question I have gotten a blue screen "Attempted Write to Readonly Memory" after adding another M.2.

It doesn't happen consistently. It started happening after I added my new M.2, "WD BLACK 1TB"

I have updated all the bios and firmware for it.

Asus Zephyrus M15
Nvidia 2070
Intel i7 10750h
16GB Ram
x2 M.2 (one WD Black) 1TB
Windows 10 Professional

EDIT** I also undervolted at -80mv.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

What procedure/process/User Guide or Manual did you use to install the new M.2?

Does the problem end if you stop under volting?
