you see ram speed 1333 not 1600 why ??

You need to overclock the system to run it at 1600, the stock RAM speed for those used sticks you bought is 1333 http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/khx1600c10d3b1_8g.pdf

thanks my timing now is 9-9-9-24 @ 665MHz Max Bandwidth PC3-10700 (667 MHz)

can i change and real 1600 u need me change timing from motherbord set up or change Target DRAM Frequency when i do change only DRAM Frequency from setup not real 1600 stay in programs on windows 667 and when i open set up i see

Did you set the DRAM frequency in the BIOS? What you did was trade your 8 GB of faster RAM and bought 16 GB of slower RAM. The default spec on the RAM is 1333 which is what you are seeing. You won't really see much difference in either setup, in most situations 16 gb of RAM will not be any faster than 8, and it will be hard to see the speed difference between the two speeds without a benchmark.

when i used DRAM frequency 1600 MHZ cpu temperature 0 usage 35 -- 40 and cpu burn test 100% usage cpu temperature 80 - 85 +
but when i used ram 16 g hyper x blu 1333 with default speed 1333 with out no change
cpu temperature with 0 usage 35- 38
and cpu temperature with usage 100% with cpu burn test 50 - 55

and i out ram 16 g and used my ram 8 gb kit 4x2 hyperx fury 1600 pass default cl 10 1.5v

cpu temperature 0 usage 35 -- 38 and when used burn test 100% usage cpu temperature 60- 70
now what better for me
used 16g with DRAM frequency 1600 or used my ram 8gb and search for kit like my ram ?
my cpu cooler is v6gt
and when i buy ram like my hyperx fury and will 16 g will cpu temperature up+ like 1333 ram 16g 85+
or stay like 1600 hyper x fury

I don't see how adding another 8 GB of the same RAM you have will cause the temps to be increased. You are better off getting another 8 GB of the same RAM you have now rather than overclocking the slower RAM.
