For almost two months now I've been having high ping issues only in CS GO servers (I play MM mainly). Before that I used to have normal values.
I have a Technicolor TG789vn v3 modem (which is also the router) that has 1 computer logged in at all times via ethernet cable, 1 laptop occasionally logging in and 3 smartphones (they are rarely connected all at once)
The PC I'm having trouble with is the desktop, which specs are as follows:
MSI 970 Gaming MoBo
No adapter
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1, but quite out of update (I'm updating right now)
- Make and model of switches and how many ports are on each switch
Sorry I don't quite understand what that means, if you can explain me a little so I can answer that'd be great.
The trouble is actually only with CS GO servers. I began with this problem almost 2 months ago, when the servers in my area (south america) crushed. I thought it was because of that, but yesterday I played with some friends from my country and they all had the regular pings, only I was lagging. This hasn't happened in any other game.
