And i want to make an animated video .. when i make a whole scene and after pushing button in to rendering it's hang so now .What should i do buy a new PC or buy a external GPU !

It depend on what type of work are you try to doing in your laptop .

And for external gpu you also need a monitor

What's the main purpose of this system, animation, rendering, video editing, or even GAMING as well ? If you are really willing to spend 650 USD, then what are your thoughts about this laptop.

Get that model which comes with the RX 540 GPU. I think this is more than sufficient ?
