That's nothing, I have a car and it's got a light that blinks ... how do you fix that?

At least post the error, or some hint of what's going on.

Images like ISOs or like jpegs?
If the file is larger than 4GB and the format of the drive is FAT32 you won't be able to transfer them unless you compress them in a couple of parts or you format the drive to NTFS
