i have installed win-7 ultimate on my laptop and i have 4GB installed memory but the usable is only 929 MB how can i increase?

I have installed win-7 ultimate 32bit operating system on my laptop and i have 4GB installed RAM but it says the usable is only 929 MB even it was the same on my previous windows 8 operating system
-How could i increase the ram to use it 3.5GB/4.0GB
-please show me the recommended solution to fix the problem

To use more than 3 gigs of RAM you need to have a 64 bit operating system. Install a 64 bit OS and you can use all 4gigs you have.
