Question I have lag in games

Hi, I have a problem with video games. Today my FPS started to drop drastically and I have a lot of fps drops I have on my pc gpu: gtx 1650
cpu: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz and 16 gb ram help me solve this

I don't know how to see brand and mode of my psu
The SSD is just over a quarter
It differs from any game but I don't see the difference between two days ago when it went normally and now
I just scanned with Windows Defender and another antivirus and found a possible virus, I deleted it but it still moves as the frames fall.

Here is a video how it works on fivem,
here in an area where I don't have any players next to me and I shouldn't have lag, I generally have 120 fps here.
