Question i have lag issues with downloading games from some software.

When installing games from steam, it lags just a little.
When installing games from Epic Games, it lags like heck you cant do anything, even the mouse has lag.
(that happens only when a game is installing, when it is not or it is stopped, everything is fine)

Yes, the actual computer. Everything lags.
Ryzen 3 2200g with the default graphics. 2x8 gb ram

What is the CPU and HDD usage percent when you are downloading. Open task manager while you are downloading/installing and monitor it.
