Question i have low fps is it ok?

my set up:
i5 9600kf, h310m h 2.0, 8gb ddr4, rx 580 8 gb, 240ssd, 1tb hdd.
average fps:
btfV: 40 (medium)
lol : 113 (high)
csgo : 183(high)

my cpu is 80-90 degrees in btfV. with a stock intel cooler.

Is the RAM 1x8gb or 2x4gb?
