[SOLVED] I have no idea how to install windows 10 on a new built pc

Hi there, guys! So I just built my first gaming pc, everything seems to be fine. I got to the bios screen, and now I'm stuck on this screen. I heard I had to get an I windows 10 to get out of this bios, the question is how do I install windows 10 iso with a Mac laptop into the flash drive? Should I go to the library and use their pc to do this? haha, I'm so confused about what to do next after all this. I just want to play some games. Pls, help.
Mobo is an MSI b450 tomahawk.
