i have no pci e express?? can someone hlp quickly

i have a new pc build
fractal design r4 etc
using onboard graphics atm
i want to put my old gtx 660 into this pc
but in my power supply box i dont have any PCI-e wires,
my psu is evga 850w 80+

this doesnt make sense?
do i need pci e for gtx 660?


can someone help asap pls

I CAN USe it on my EVGA power suppply, completely different psus in completely different case?

but on my old pc my gtx 660 had this little pcie adapter
like its like less than 10cm long and the other connector connects into some other connection?

MY PC HAS VGA cables
my manual says they are used for pci-e i think.
