I have overclocking problem

I have old radeon 4770 xfx and i wanted to overclock it... But its always on 250 mhz clock and 1600 mhz memory... And on slider in msi afterburner wherever i move slider it stay same 250 and 1600...i dont know what to do... Did someone had this problem???and how to fix it???

From MSI Afterburner, go to settings and place a check next to "unlock voltage control". You may need to reboot. After that, you should be able to OC the GPU.

I literally just did this to a GT 710 that was not allowing me to OC it at all on a test machine.
