Question I have plenty of RAM installed but then Windows says "out of memory" ?

My laptop specs :

24gb ddr4 ram
ryzen7 4800h
gtx 1650 4gb

My msedge [Microsoft Edge?] is using 2400mb RAM and total ram usage is 59% then also it is showing out of memory , how to solve it ?

You can run into the problem if you are running 32 bit software - which is limited to a max of 4gb of memory, irrespective of how much is installed...
