Question i have problem on my gpu

I got on fortnite 70-170fps in low settings but i have RTX 2060

i5 9400f
RTX2060
16G RAM 3000mgh
and my friend have gtx 1060 6gb he got 160-230fps in low settings
what i should to do i dont know this is bottleneck

I don't think it's a bottleneck. I think that CPU is fast enough.
I might try a driver uninstall and reinstall the latest driver.

Could be a driver issue, its not a bottlenceck. Did you just upgrade to the 2060? If so, do a clean unistall of the previous cards drivers using the DDU tool below in safe mode.

If the drivers are good, what are your CPU/GPU temps when you game? Your CPU may be throttling causing the fps to drop.

Your game might using default intel graphic card. Instead of using RTX.
