Question I have problem streaming Discord to my coach in CS2 ?

I have problem streaming discord to my coach in CS2 in official matches. I get alot of input lags and it doesn't feel nice. My FPS is ok. I'm competing at a high level and need to find a solution to how I can stream my pov without sacrificing performance. Is there any other software out there that works the same as Discord Screenshare?
