I have problem with GTX Titan Hydro Copper

I have problem with GTX Titan Hydro Copper boxed i want to use it instead of my 690 gtx ok but i dont want to use water cooling for the vga can i replace it with the ACX Cooler for GTX TITAN Black

I wouldn't have assumed that the black cooler would fit, how come you don't want to use the water cooling anyway?

i just dont have the money for it right now and risky i just dont want to use custom ones so i want to replace the water block to the ACX Cooler and why not i assume its same size and dim and all ?

any suggestions regarding this matter or any suggestions in getting which water cooling i have 2x hydro cooper so i will do SLI titans
