Question i have problems with my fps(gtx 1660+i5 8400)

my pc is 2 years old,so five months ago i decided to upgrade my gpu(from 1050 ti to gtx 1660).since then i have been having fps problems and i dont know if it is my cpu's or my gpu's fault.
