i Have Q6600 and i want to overclock help needed

i tried oc but its not stable when i oc over 2.7 (300x9)
if there anyway to unlink the ram speed ,its raised to 1202 (default (1066)

These are my spec
Q6600
8GB RAM 4X2 DDR3 1333
MSI G41-P33 COMBO
ASUS GTX 750TI
COOLER MASTER THUNDER 450 Is that good ?
1366x768 60hz monitor
