Exactly what video card? Amount of RAM in a card tells nothing about it's speed, there are some pretty slow cards with 2 gig of RAM.

Computer > Right click > Properties > Device manager > Open "Display adapters". What does it say? You're going to need to know what GPU you have to know if you can play the game.

That won't run GTA5 even on low. The minimum requirements state a 9800 GT class card for NVidia cards, the 610 is about half as fast as that.

Plus your CPU is at the minimum requirements for that also and not at all over which will make for an unplayable setup.

Upgrade the video card to at least an NVidia 730 GDDR5 64 bit or a Radeon 7750, that should get you to play GTA V on low settings, and upgrade the RAM to 8 also.
